It also has an annex with one bedroom and one bathroom and a living room, sink and laundry tub that is completely independent from the residence. The closed area has a tile floor along with a plaster ceiling suspended on an aluminum structure and a Tejalit roof on a metal structure. The windows have shutters with aluminum frames and iron bars for security. The walls are reinforced concrete, plastered and painted on both sides, with decorative coating on one of the walls of the living-dining room. The bathroom has imported appliances and tiles on the walls up to half height. The kitchen has a simple stainless steel sink built into a laminated wood countertop. It also has modular furniture.
