I have more than 8 years of experience in real estate transactions in Panama. Throughout my professional career, I had the privilege of being able to help, a large number of nationals and foreigners who are looking to sell, buy or rent a property in Panama.

The transparency, ethics and professionalism in the different activities that I carry out as a real estate advisor have given me great results. Success that has a direct impact on my family and on good relations with my clients, who manage to become great friends.

I am married to a beautiful woman who fills my life with joy, her name is Abigail. We are both from the interior of the country (Las Tablas-Pedasí), you should visit these places if you have not already done so. We love to share family time, the company of a good book, the tranquility of the countryside, the inspiration of the sea and physical well-being when doing sports outdoors.

I am a member of ACOBIR (Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters) I make correct use of Law 6 of July 8, 1999 that regulates our profession and I created a high performance real estate team name Happy Owners Real Estate.

I am always in constant training and updating of the different methods and laws that involve a real estate transaction. I have a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation that allows me to provide a global service to foreign clients, who are looking to invest or retire in my beautiful Panama.

Specialty: Second home and investment
I am focused on being able to place and expose second market properties in order to achieve sales of these assets in the shortest possible time and the highest market price.
Focused on capturing high investment return (ROI) properties and where there are opportunities for capital gain, with low risk.

Primary niche: Ave. Balboa, San Francisco, Casco Viejo and Betania.
Residential properties.

Secondary niche: Pacific Coast.
Especially the golden coast of the azuero peninsula. Pedasi charming town, Playa Venao, Tonosí and Cambutal. Places highly sought after by investors and retirees for their good people, diversity of culture and paradisiacal beaches. I want to retire near the sea too :)
