Steps from the Via Interamericana, 2 minutes from Coronado and the sparkling beach of Costa Esmeralda, this titled lot of 8,600 m2 is incredible to build the house of your dreams, to develop a farm for agricultural purposes or to develop a Beach house complex. This irregular lot has a flat area ready to build, but its small elevations offer views of the sea. Fully fenced and ready to build. It is very close to the Inter-American Highway, just 50 meters away, which makes it ideal for developing a neighborhood or a group of houses. It has 2 road accesses, one through Costa Esmeralda and the other directly through the Interamericana. The property has an irregular shape and one of its limits is the Rio Teta. One of the property limits is a river coming from the mountains that supplies water to the lot. Electricity and water from the IDAAN available. It’s a unique escape, just an hour and a half from the thriving capital of Panama City, a cultural mecca for nightlife, boutique shopping, and acclaimed restaurants. If you want to stay local, this lot is very close to great golf courses, shopping areas, and restaurants. Welcome to Paradise.
